Due to the custom nature of these products, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Credits and Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of any item for exchange or refund within 15 days from when you received the order. However, we will not accept returns of items that have been personalized with an embroidered name unless they were improperly shipped or defective in nature. Exchanges and refunds will not be processed until our receipt and satisfactory inspection of the unwanted item(s).
